In a short, sweet, straight-to-the-point session, we find the main ache, and make a plan that feels delightful for you (and maybe a little scary, it’s okay if it’s both) to set you on a new, lighter, more YOU path forward.

Our time together will help you:
Get clearer on your underlying values so you know WHY the change you want to make actually matters to you ("And...world peace" might be too vague of a motivation... so we're looking at what's really behind your desire to change)
Look at potential obstacles and which habits and patterns comes up when life is life-ing, and plan for how to meet them when they do (as the plan to "Treat myself kindly if, and only if, it's all perfect" rarely works)
Leave with tools to support yourself when change feels big and scary, knowing that you have self directed neuro plasticity tools to rewire your brain for future challenges too! (your brain loves generalizing, so we'll capitalize on that)
